Your property
You retain ownership and decision-making authority.
BnBe handles the guest messages, turnovers and day-to-day coordination while you keep control of your property, booking accounts and income.
No long property questionnaire. Tell us who you are and where your property is, and we will contact you to discuss the next step.
You retain ownership and decision-making authority.
Your Airbnb and other booking-platform accounts stay under your control.
Booking income is paid directly to you. BnBe does not receive or hold it.
We help coordinate the day-to-day work behind your short-term rental.
At first, self-managing can feel straightforward. Then the messages begin arriving at all hours. Cleaners need coordinating. Linen goes missing. A guest cannot find the key. A maintenance issue appears between stays. The calendar needs attention, the listing needs updating and someone still has to check that the property is actually ready.
The work does not arrive in a neat weekly block. It interrupts evenings, weekends, family time and the hours you planned to spend elsewhere.
BnBe brings those moving parts together. We provide practical, local support around the property and the guest journey, while you remain informed and retain authority over the decisions that matter.
More support for your property. Less work for you.
Every property and owner needs a different level of support. BnBe can help establish a new listing, improve an existing one or coordinate the ongoing operational work that is taking too much of your time.
Support with preparing a property for launch, setting up the listing, organising practical guest information and coordinating the details needed before the first stay.
Ongoing support with listing presentation, descriptions, amenities and the information guests need when deciding whether a property is right for them.
Clear, respectful communication and practical coordination across enquiries, arrival information, the stay and checkout, with owner approval where a decision requires it.
Coordination across cleaners, linen, restocking and turnover presentation so the property is prepared consistently between bookings.
Practical support with pricing and calendar decisions while you retain visibility and authority over rates, availability, discounts and major booking decisions.
Support with property presentation, maintenance needs, trade coordination and the practical follow-through required when an issue is identified.
Traditional property management is not the only alternative to doing everything yourself. BnBe works alongside owners as an operational co-host, helping manage the workload while keeping the property, accounts and income where they belong: with the owner.
You stay in control. We help keep the operation moving.
Send your name, contact details and property location. The initial form is intentionally short.
We will contact you to understand how the property is currently managed, what is taking up your time and where support would make the greatest difference.
We will explain the practical next steps and the areas BnBe can support. You decide whether the approach is right for you and your property.
You do not need to know exactly which services you need before getting in touch. Start with the property and the parts of hosting that currently create the most work.
BnBe was founded by Heidi Macallan and Lee Craig, combining experience across accommodation operations, hospitality, real estate management, property maintenance, cleaning operations and quality control.
Heidi Macallan
Heidi's background includes nursing, hospital management, cleaning operations and quality control. She is also an Airbnb host and the owner of an Airbnb cleaning company. Her experience supports the standards behind linen, restocking, presentation and turnover quality.
Lee Craig
Lee brings more than 20 years of experience across hotel management, accommodation operations, real estate management, property maintenance and short-term rentals in South East Queensland. His experience supports property oversight, maintenance coordination, guest needs and practical accommodation operations.
Together, they understand that a successful stay depends on far more than a listing. It depends on the property being prepared, people being coordinated, guests receiving useful information and problems being followed through properly.
The value of co-host support is not one dramatic promise. It is the difference made by dozens of practical tasks being noticed, coordinated and followed through.
BnBe does not take control away from you. We help reduce the work required to stay in control.
Short-term rental operations are easier to coordinate when the people supporting them understand the local area, the property types and the practical demands of coastal accommodation.
BnBe works with owners across the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, including holiday apartments, coastal homes, canal properties and other suitable short-term rentals.
The free property assessment is the simplest way to confirm whether your property is within the current service area and whether BnBe's support model is a good fit.
